We only collect and process data needed to deliver the engagement. Client systems and datasets stay scoped to the project. Production credentials and secrets are handled through agreed secure channels — not ad-hoc chat dumps.

Access to client environments is limited to the delivery team on the engagement. We prefer least-privilege accounts, time-bound access where possible, and clear handoff when work ends.

Agents and automation are evaluated against real scenarios before wider rollout. High-risk actions stay human-in-the-loop. We add logging and observability so you can see what the system did and what it costs.

Depending on the engagement, we may use cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers. Specific vendors are confirmed per project and reflected in your agreement or DPA when required.

Many clients prefer anonymity. Public case studies omit company names. Request fuller profiles under NDA via our contact form.
